Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that combines a variety of music styles (Latin and world rhythms) and dance steps (high-intensity and low-intensity) to form an interval-style workout. It is a total body workout that includes cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, as well as boosted energy and improved mood.
